THE ONLINE STORE IS CLOSED DURING THE FARMERS MARKET SEASON: MAY TO NOVEMBER 2008. PLEASE VISIT US EVERY SATURDAY AT THE ARLINGTON FARMERS MARKET, 8AM TO NOON.

All pastries are baked to your order.

Your order will be available 3 to 5 business days after it is placed. All orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next business day.

Please let us know when you'd like your order available. If you have a special deadline or need, let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Please email us at orders@shoeboxoven.com for any questions, directions or comments. We encourage you to place your orders in advance of the 3 to 5 business day processing time needed to prepare your order.

PARCEL
Since pastries are perishable, orders will be shipped Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to avoid the weekend delay. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, baked and delivered. We always aim to have your package out on the first available shipping day but occasionally we will need to delay it by a few days in order to make your pastries to order. If your order is time sensitive, please include a note in the comments field of your order form to let us know when you would like your order to be delivered by.

DELIVERY
Local delivery by courier is $15 .

HOURS OF OPERATION
The Oven and I prepare and bake individual orders, Thursday through Sunday. Because sticky fingers and the roaring Oven make it hard to get to the phone fast, we are best reached by email.
